For our state‑of‑the‑art plant in Jawor, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Process Engineer to join our Body Shop team and play a key role in driving excellence in joining technologies. Your Mission:
In this role, you will ensure stable, high‑performance production processes while continuously advancing quality, efficiency, and innovation within the Body‑in‑White environment.
- Ensure reliable and efficient production processes, meeting defined cycle times and quality targets
- Lead structured problem‑solving activities, including root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions
- Support installation, ramp‑up, and commissioning of advanced production systems
- Develop and continuously refine process standards, specifications, and best practices
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process stability and product quality
- Analyze production and quality data to derive insights and support performance management
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Production Engineering, or Automation/Robotics
- Proven experience (min. 2–3 years) in automotive manufacturing, ideally within Body Shop / BIW processes
- Solid understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and joining technologies (e.g., Spot Welding)
- Experience in data‑driven process control (SPC) and analytical problem‑solving
- Familiarity with modern production principles (Lean Manufacturing)
- Strong analytical mindset, solution‑oriented thinking, and structured working approach
