At Mercedes-Benz Vans, we are shaping the next generation of sustainable and integrated production. For our state-of-the-art plant in Jawor, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Process Engineer to join our Body Shop team and play a key role in driving excellence in joining technologies. Your Mission In this role, you will ensure stable, high-performance production processes while continuously advancing quality, efficiency, and innovation within the Body-in-White environment.

• Ensure reliable and efficient production processes, meeting defined cycle times and quality targets
• Lead structured problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions
• Support installation, ramp-up, and commissioning of advanced production systems
• Develop and continuously refine process standards, specifications, and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process stability and product quality
• Analyze production and quality data to derive insights and support performance management

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Production Engineering, or Automation/Robotics
• Proven experience (min. 2–3 years) in automotive manufacturing, ideally within Body Shop / BIW processes
• Solid understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and joining technologies (e.g., Spot Welding)
• Experience in data-driven process control (SPC) and analytical problem-solving
• Familiarity with modern production principles (Lean Manufacturing)
• Strong analytical mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and structured working approach
