Validation Engineer

The Automotive Validation Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting validation activities for automotive systems. The role focuses on ensuring that products meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards through structured testing and analysis.

• Develop validation plans and detailed test procedures for automotive systems (e.g., powertrain, electronics, infotainment, safety systems).
• Execute validation activities including functional, performance, and regression testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and quality assurance.
• Prepare comprehensive validation reports and maintain documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and validation methodologies.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Science

• Good understanding of automotive systems, components, and validation methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to interpret requirements and develop test cases.
• Effective communication skills (must be able to read, write, and understand English).
