Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Tasks

• Project management in the area of Green Engineering and energy efficiency (planning, execution, monitoring, reporting)
• Coordination of the implementation and maintenance of an energy management system compliant with ISO 50001
• Cooperation with stakeholders (operations, engineering, HSE, facility management, management board)
• Providing subject-matter support to teams in the field of energy consumption optimization and decarbonization initiatives
• Identification and prioritization of initiatives improving energy efficiency
• Definition of KPIs/EnPIs and monitoring of project performance
• Coordination of energy audits and ISO certification activities
• Management of project risks and dependencies between initiatives
• Preparation of reports, presentations, and recommendations for management
• Building organizational awareness in the field of sustainability

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management (PM)
• Experience in the field of energy management, sustainability, engineering, or a related area
• Practical knowledge of ISO 50001 (implementation, audits, or working with the system)
• Knowledge of energy law
• Ability to combine the role of a project manager with that of an expert/advisor
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approach)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
