The Technical Service Engineer is a part of team in Poland, providing technical support to local and global customers in laser marking and coding systems.

• Be a cross functional team member focused on diagnosing damaged laser systems – finding the problem and the root cause of the damage.
• Perform in‑house systems repairs.
• Provide problem solutions for technical issues encountered during repair actions.
• Perform maintenance activity of laser systems.
• Complete service reports: time confirmation, spare part usage, tasks performed, service product, fault/solution codes.
• Work in partnership with sales teams, International and domestic. Occasionally it may be required to travel globally to attend maintenances, repairs, trainings, and meetings.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expert knowledge of technical products.
• Hands‑on experience in electronic soldering (must).
• Ability to use basic measuring devices such as a multimeter and oscilloscope (must).
• Knowledge of laser coding and marking product range would be an advantage.
• Ability to read electrical/electronic diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic device design.
• Knowledge of soldering and assembly techniques for electrical and electronic components.
• Ability to technically assess and troubleshoot defects and issues, and proactively advise on solutions.
• Ability to effectively communicate in Polish and English (at least B1 level).
• Category B driver’s licence.
• Openess and ability to travel internationally (5‑10 trips per year).
