Process Engineer

OPS Engineering Hybrid Full-time Valid until 31/07/2026

A Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing and assembly processes. The role ensures that production systems operate efficiently, safely, and consistently, while meeting quality standards, cost targets, and delivery requirements.

• Lead the setup and optimization of assembly processes
• Drive prototype builds and ensures readiness for serial production
• Provide expert support to ongoing production and resolve complex issues
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of system settings
• Define, select, and standardize production tools and equipment
• Design and develop specialized / custom production tooling
• Manage technical collaboration with tool suppliers and external partners
• Identify, initiate, and implement process improvements and optimizations
• Actively contributes to cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Deliver training and coaching to Operations teams
• Ensure creation and maintenance of accurate technical documentation

• 4-5 years of experience in the process engineering area
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
• Proven experience in process optimization and problem solving
• Ability to work independently and lead technical topics
• Experience working with suppliers and managing technical discussions
• Knowledge of MS Office package
• Ability to use mechanical and electrical tools
• English proficiency min. B2 (effective communication in an international environment)
