• Master’s degree in the scientific discipline of mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of issues related to thermodynamics and heat transfer
• Over 5 years of industry experience
• Skills related to the design/modernization of teaching and research facilities
• Publication attainments in the scientific discipline of mechanical engineering
• Documented proficiency in the Polish language, both spoken and written, sufficient for conducting academic classes (applicable to foreigners)
• Good command of the English language

• Proved list of candidate’s achievements
