We are currently looking for a Production Process Engineer to join us at Buk/Poland. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose‑led company, please read on.

• ensuring the proper conduct of technological processes in accordance with established procedures - the process of Injection Molding of Plastic Products
• analysis and optimization of production processes (performance of technological tests, development of technological process charts, optimization of processes according to quality and cost criteria)
• production supervision (analysis and control of selected production aspects/performance indicators, participation in production data reporting, providing access to design and technology documentation to departmental employees)
• implementation of new products and technologies (implementation of new products and technologies into production; responsibility for selection of raw materials)

• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• higher technical education (preferably plastics processing)
• knowledge of plastics processing technology
• knowledge of production processes
• knowledge of English (oral and written communication)
• openness and communication skills
• analytical skills
