Final-year student or graduate in a technical field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Process Engineering, or related).

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Communicative English and Polish.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Ability to analyze data and work with technical documentation.

Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

Interest in the glass industry.

Contribute to production and new product development projects in an international manufacturing environment. Support material testing, research and development activities, and process optimization initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency and driving innovation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while gaining hands‑on experience in industrial manufacturing, with the opportunity to receive a permanent employment contract upon successful completion of the internship.
