Join the team launching a brand-new Mercedes-Benz Vans production facility in Jawor and contribute to design, industrialize, and implement the production processes that will bring the next generation of Mercedes-Benz Vans to life.

• Become part of a greenfield project and contribute to build a new Mercedes-Benz Vans factory.
• Influence future production standards, commissioning concepts, and EE manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with international experts, suppliers, and Mercedes-Benz production plants worldwide.
• Take ownership from concept development through industrialization and series production.
• Develop your career through international projects, workshops, benchmarking visits, and training programs.

• Plan, specify, and develop machines and equipment used for vehicle diagnostics, testing, and electrical/electronic commissioning.
• Define technical requirements, equipment concepts, functional standards, and supplier specifications.
• Manage equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, validation, and readiness for series production.
• Coordinate implementation activities with suppliers, production, quality, logistics, IT, and engineering stakeholders.
• Lead industrialization and production launch activities for diagnostic and commissioning equipment.
• Drive process optimization, equipment performance, production efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Preparing and presenting status of planning activities to various stakeholders.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in production planning, industrial engineering, manufacturing development, equipment implementation.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively in international teams.
• Availability for occasional international travel.
• Fluent Polish and English.

• Experience preparing technical specifications and supplier requirements.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, automation systems, production equipment, or testing technologies.

You will be responsible for planning, specifying, installing, commissioning, and launching into series production the diagnostic and vehicle commissioning equipment that enables Mercedes-Benz Vans manufacturing operations worldwide.
