At our location in Stockach - the gateway to Lake Constance -, we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and prepare bids for national and international tenders
- Analyze proposal requirements and assess feasibility together with all stakeholders
- Develop and execute bid strategies in close collaboration with the Opportunity Manager
- Coordinate the full bid process from initial client request to final submission, ensuring deadlines
and quality standards are met - Prepare bid documents, cost calculations, and presentation materials
- Drive continuous improvement of bid processes and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
- Several years of professional experience in bid or project management, ideally in the defense, security, or technical services sector, including handling international tenders and complex opportunities
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and costing tools
- Structured, results-driven, and proactive work approach
- Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
