• Create and execute 2–3‑week content plans;
• Participate in shaping and implementing SMM strategies;
• Produce hands‑on content: shoot, edit, write posts;
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages;
• Track competitor activity and industry trends;
• Stay updated on iGaming and affiliate news;
• Analyze social media performance and prepare reports;
• Capture and produce content during conferences (interviews, short‑form videos, behind‑the‑scenes).

• 3+ years in SMM, content or social media roles (B2B / iGaming / high‑risk / affiliate);
• Strong knowledge of Telegram, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok;
• Experience in content creation (posts, stories, short videos);
• Hands‑on skills in video editing, shooting, and basic design;
• Excellent Ukrainian and English (B2+) writing skills;
• Flexibility to manage social channels when needed outside standard hours;
• Understanding of the iGaming or affiliate ecosystem, or a readiness to learn quickly.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills;
• High proactivity and initiative;
• Attention to detail (copy, visuals, brand tone);
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks;
• Ownership mindset and hands‑on approach;
• Curiosity and willingness to dive into affiliate marketing.
