ABOUT THE POSITION

• Managing numerous SCRUM teams;
• Reporting progress and risks to the stakeholders and clients;
• Engage with department leads and the development team to define project requirements, resource needs, and establish task schedules;
• Assisting Directors and leads with tracking development progress;
• Removing blockers encountered by teams;
• Ensure timely delivery of assets and milestones and participate in review meetings.

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in games production;
• A solid understanding of production management methodologies including SCRUM;
• Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with developers, technical artists and key stakeholders within the company or partner teams;
• Knowledge of software development processes, project management and risk mitigation;
• Strong interpersonal skills, utilizing both oral and written communication;
• Proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to support the team and project;
• Experience with internal and external stakeholder management;
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office

Nice to have:

• Experience with projects for mobile platforms (Android, iOS);
• Understanding of Unreal Engine;
• Experience with version control software (Perforce, Github)
