Reporting directly to the Casino Manager, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Casino Games Specialist to join our Casino Games team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and promoting our online casino game portfolio. Acting as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Data, and Technology teams, the Casino Specialist will drive performance, monitor key business metrics, and contribute to delivering a best-in-class gaming experience for our players.

This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in online casino operations, product management, and/or marketing who is passionate about the iGaming industry and eager to contribute to the growth of our casino offering.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and interpret key performance metrics to assess game success and player engagement.
  • Identify underperforming titles and implement targeted strategies to improve visibility, retention, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to plan, execute, and evaluate game-focused promotions, tournaments, and engagement campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of iGaming market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Propose and champion innovative game formats to boost player engagement and lifetime value.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in platform development initiatives, integrations, releases, and strategic projects that support the growth of the casino product.
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, and Data teams to deliver enhancements, optimise existing tools, and improve the overall casino experience.
  • Promote effective use of platform tools and identify opportunities for product and operational improvements.
  • Be a source of 2nd-line expertise for casino-related escalations from our support teams.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Casino iGaming within a product and/or marketing vertical.
  • An interest in and working knowledge of the iGaming sphere, with a focus on casino/games, platform structures and operational tools to drive casino performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
    Spanish language skills would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret player behavior and analyze performance data to drive insights.
  • Highly adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
