Controlling Specialist

Responsibilities

• Contribute to group-wide controlling projects
• Perform tasks related to production cost controlling
• Prepare monthly management reports and presentations for companies/business lines, including insights and conclusions from analyses
• Create regular reports and ad-hoc analyses (profitability, liquidity, debt, and working capital)
• Support budget, forecast, and financial model preparation for companies/business lines, including variance analysis
• Collaborate with internal departments and group companies in the field of management reporting
• Optimize and streamline management reporting processes
• Develop summaries, spreadsheets, and dashboards
• Monitor and analyze settlements (revenues and costs)
• Oversee and manage ongoing budget projects

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, management accounting, and financial reporting (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow); consolidation knowledge is an advantage
• Professional experience in controlling, financial analysis, or management accounting
• Excellent MS Excel and SAP skills
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot is a plus
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and openness to new challenge
