Responsibilities
- Contribute to group-wide controlling projects
- Perform tasks related to production cost controlling
- Prepare monthly management reports and presentations for companies/business lines, including insights and conclusions from analyses
- Create regular reports and ad-hoc analyses (profitability, liquidity, debt, and working capital)
- Support budget, forecast, and financial model preparation for companies/business lines, including variance analysis
- Collaborate with internal departments and group companies in the field of management reporting
- Optimize and streamline management reporting processes
- Develop summaries, spreadsheets, and dashboards
- Monitor and analyze settlements (revenues and costs)
- Oversee and manage ongoing budget projects
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, management accounting, and financial reporting (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow); consolidation knowledge is an advantage
- Professional experience in controlling, financial analysis, or management accounting
- Excellent MS Excel and SAP skills
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot is a plus
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and openness to new challenge
