As we continue our rapid growth and look towards future funding, we are seeking a hands-  and detail-orientated Finance Manager to join our team. This is a crucial role for a professional who is excited to manage and improve the financial backbone of a fast-paced, international scale-up. This position will be reporting directly to the COO, you will coordinate our global financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency as the company expands.

• Global Financial Operations & Consolidation
• Manage day- -  financial operations, including AP/AR, multi-currency payments, and expense management across all entities (Singapore, Poland, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong and Japan).
• Act as the primary liaison with our corporate secretaries in Asia and our external accounting firm in Poland, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Consolidate financial statements from all international entities to create a unified, accurate view of the company's performance.
• Manage and monitor the group's cash flow, providing regular reporting and analysis to leadership.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and help maintain rolling financial forecasts to support business planning.
• Prepare monthly management reports with clear variance analysis (actuals vs. budget) and commentary on business performance.
• Track key financial and operational KPIs to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
• Support the founders as the company prepares for its Series A fundraising round.
• Provide accurate and timely financial data to help leadership create financial models, forecasts, and other documents for investor discussions.
• Assist in gathering financial information for board materials and investor updates.
• Process Improvement & Scalability
• Help implement and refine scalable financial processes and controls to support the company's international growth.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in areas like invoice processing, expense reporting, and financial consolidation.

• Proven experience as a Finance Senior Specialist / Manager, Financial Controller, or a similar role, ideally within a high- th technology or SaaS company.
• Essential experience with the complexities of an international, multi-entity, and multi-currency business.
• A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
