Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Treasury Banking Relations Specialist
, you will join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team based in Poland (preferably Rzeszów or Warsaw
). In this role, you will contribute to developing and maintaining strategic banking partnerships, ensuring effective liquidity management, and supporting the delivery of the company’s products and services.
- Build and maintain long‑term, partnership‑based relationships with banks supporting local entities
- Coordinate company‑wide banking products while monitoring and supervising pricing conditions
- Monitor obligations under financing agreements, including informational duties and financial covenants
- Deliver financial analyses supporting strategic decisions related to expanding and optimizing banking relationships
- Support the Treasury Director in banking negotiations and initiatives aimed at improving bank cooperation
- Monitor banking market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments in close cooperation with other teams

Essential
Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in treasury, banking relations, corporate finance, or a similar role involving cooperation with external partners such as banks, auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors, or other financial institutions
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data and reports
- Solid knowledge of banking products, financing agreements, and liquidity management
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned areas
- Experience in the payments, fintech, or e‑commerce environment
- Familiarity with KYC processes and regulatory requirements related to banking cooperation
