Our client is seeking a Junior Client Accountant to join a high‑performing team supporting a global client base with internationally registered entities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex, cross‑border structures while working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day‑to‑day transactional accounting tasks, including journal postings, reconciliations, and financial data processing
  • Maintain accurate books and records for client entities, ensuring completeness and audit readiness
  • Support accounts payable/receivable processes, including invoice handling and payment tracking where required
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Assist with the collation of financial data for Fund Annual Returns (FARs) and other reporting requirements
  • Liaise with clients to gather supporting documentation and resolve data queries
  • Support month‑end and year‑end close processes through preparation of schedules and working papers
  • Assist with invoicing activities, including data validation and reconciliation
  • Ensure all financial records are maintained in line with internal controls and procedures
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a transactional finance role (e.g. AP, AR, reconciliations, finance operations) gained within financial services or advisory
  • Strong understanding of core accounting processes and controls
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g. lookups, basic formulas, data handling)
  • Able to manage high volumes and meet deadlines in a structured environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
