Location: Town of Poland
Responsible for delivering cash or securities operations servicing clients. May concentrate on a specific aspect of the business (transaction processing, asset servicing, collateral, funds, banking, reconciliation, investigations...). May also lead or contribute to projects or initiatives in the areas of operational efficiency, risk, quality, regulatory and strategy.
General Description: Responsible for processing a range of highly specialized operations. Operations usually require some research or investigation of information outside of normal procedures.
- Role requires good knowledge of Bank products, services and procedures in the area of expertise.
- Direct access to the function typically requires previous experience in Euroclear or in a back office banking environment.
- Has reached a satisfactory level of polyvalence in most of the tasks and processes of the team. Is able to control adequately most of the processes and elevate when necessary and solve escalation jointly with the team leader.
- Is able to handle some risky operations.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the team.
- Contributes in problem solving sessions, raises gaps in working methods, reviews operational procedures in own area of expertise and may participate in projects or initiatives.
- Usually trains and coaches in some processes.
- Experience in a similar position, ideally within financial services or a related field.
- Adaptability and the ability to navigate diverse situations with ease.
- Dependable, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
- Positive mindset and a collaborative team spirit.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Well‑developed organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A university degree in Financial Services or a related discipline is preferred.
