Location: Town of Poland
As an EB Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality operational services related to cash, securities, and tax processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls. You will handle specialized operational tasks, often requiring investigation beyond standard procedures, while actively contributing to team performance and continuous improvement. You will work in a highly dynamic tax operations environment covering multiple markets, and contribute to automation, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Process a range of specialized transactions (e.g. payments, reconciliation, tax events)
- Perform investigations and research when issues fall outside standard procedures
- Ensure adherence to SLA, risk and control frameworks
- Handle priority / risk-sensitive operations with appropriate escalation
- Apply strong risk awareness in daily activities
- Identify and escale operational incidents or discrepancies
- Ensure data quality and control execution across processes
- Support audit readiness and compliance standards
- Investigate non-standard cases and operational issues
- Contribute to identifying root causes and corrective actions
- Participate in problem-solving sessions and CI initiatives
- Identify gaps in processes and ways of working
- Support or contribute to projects (efficiency, risk, regulatory, strategy)
- Achieve polyvalence across key team processes
- Support training and coaching of colleagues on selected topics
- Act as a reliable knowledge contributor within the team
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems
- Solid risk awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to handle complex and non-standard operations
