Duration - 3+ Months Contract (potential for extension) About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst to join our End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain Finance team. This role will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across the supply chain, helping to deliver valuable insights that drive business decisions.
You will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams across multiple regions to analyse costs, identify risks and opportunities, and improve financial performance. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with large, complex datasets and communicating financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Produce regular and ad hoc financial analysis and management reporting for Supply Chain Finance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Consolidate forecasts and analyse financial performance against budget and forecast.
- Monitor and report on key supply chain cost drivers, including logistics, freight, inventory, write-offs, and working capital.
- Deliver insightful variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
- Prepare business cases and cost estimates for new initiatives and projects.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support financial decision‑making.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and communicate these proactively to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, planning activities, and financial controls.
- Participate in finance transformation and business improvement projects.
- Experience as a Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Supply Chain Finance Analyst, Commercial Finance Analyst, Business Controller, or similar finance role.
- Previous experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Operations Finance.
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse large datasets.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP is highly desirable.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics industry experience.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, Inventory Management, and Cost Controlling.
- Experience supporting finance transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
