Finom, a European fintech, is seeking a Head of Credit Risk to design the risk foundations for SME lending across Europe. You will work directly with the CRO and collaborate with Product, ML & DS, Operations, and Engineering to set up an end-to-end risk framework.
If you have 7–10+ years in credit risk, hands-on underwriting and risk modeling, and a STEM background, you’ll help build a scalable risk platform, align with regulatory standards, and drive credit decisions with data-driven insights.
