You will be:- preparing and consolidating cash reports across group entities and bank accounts,
- supporting short-term cash forecasting and variance analysis,
- maintaining treasury reports, files, trackers, and supporting documentation,
- supporting the implementation of a new Treasury Management System, including data validation, testing, process mapping, and documentation,
- coordinating AML/KYC documentation requests from banks and internal stakeholders,
- tracking KYC renewals, pending requests, and outstanding documentation,
- supporting bank account administration, including account openings, closures, mandate updates, and user access maintenance,
- maintaining bank signatory records, treasury policies, and control logs,
- supporting process improvements and the transition from manual to system-based treasury workflows.
- bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field,
- 1–3 years of experience in treasury, finance, banking operations, accounting, or financial administration,
- strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy,
- good organizational and analytical skills,
- ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines,
- strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills,
- proactive and reliable approach,
- fluency in English.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:- experience with cash reporting, banking documentation, or bank account administration,
- understanding of AML/KYC requirements in a corporate banking environment,
- experience with Treasury Management Systems or ERP systems,
- exposure to finance transformation or system implementation projects,
- experience working in an international and fast-paced environment.
