5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning or corporate finance Proven experience in running budgeting campaigns and forecasting processes end-to-end Hands-on experience with plan-vs-actual analysis and variance analysis on large financial datasets Strong skills in building financial models and performing scenario analysis Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: complex formulas, pivot tables, mandatory Power Query and reporting automation Ability to structure information, work with large volumes of data and present results clearly to business stakeholders Excellent communication skills and experience working with leaders from different functions

Experience with Power BI and/or Qlik View Background in developing and improving FP&A processes and management reporting frameworks Working knowledge of English for reports and presentations (depending on company context)

• Lead the annual budgeting process and regular financial forecasting cycles.
• Coordinate collection, consolidation and validation of budgets from all business units.
• Perform plan-vs-actual analysis, identify key variances and prepare recommendations for management.
• Develop financial models, conduct scenario analysis and assess the impact of business initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, analytical materials and presentations for top management.
• Analyse financial and operational KPIs, identify efficiency drivers and growth opportunities.
• Develop and automate financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Act as a financial business partner for functional leaders, supporting strategic and operational decisions.

In this role, you will coordinate financial planning for all business units, provide insight into key performance drivers and support strategic and operational decision making for top management.
