• Actively participating in the month-end close process, ensuring data quality and correct cost allocation (Cost Centers) based on data from local finance teams.
• Analyzing and commenting on expenses, P&L, and headcount/FTE variations.
• Preparing monthly financial reports (Actuals vs. Budgets, Year-on-Year variations) using Tableau and Tagetik.
• Reconciling Management Accounting data with HR systems and Consolidated Management Results.
• Supporting the forecasting and budgeting processes for global divisions.
• Collaborating daily with local CFOs, Finance Managers, and regional teams across Europe.
• Maintaining and improving reporting tools and participating in data quality initiatives.

• Min. 4 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Controlling, or Audit. (Experience in SSC/GBS environments is a strong asset!)
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• Excellent English skills (C1) – you will be working closely with international stakeholders every day.
• Strong analytical skills, solid Excel knowledge, and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Tableau, Tagetik, or PowerBI) is highly preferred.
• Great communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup with international teams.
