As a Consultant/Senior Consultant
, you will work within a dynamic Business Consulting Finance GBS team, supporting entity-wide transformation initiatives across finance strategy, operating models, digital finance, and GBS in an international, cross-functional environment. This is a role for an experienced professional with a solid finance and project management background and a passion for shaping the future of finance within a collaborative, mentor-driven culture.

• Become part of Business Consulting Finance and work within a dynamic team in the areas of Finance Transformation, Digital Finance and Global Business Services
• Support the execution of transformation programs, from strategy development to operational implementation
• Be involved in designing finance operating models, finance processes and next generation digital finance capabilities
• Contribute to the success of projects with state-of-the-art project management methods
• Work in an international team on cross-functional engagements, such as GBS transformations or finance process optimization
• Prepare benchmark analyses to optimize group structures and evaluate operating models as well as governance structures

• 5+ years of professional experience within the Consulting and/or Processs Implementation
• Experience in consulting projects related to process optimization (preferably within one or more area: RtR and FP&A / PtP / OtC), process migration, benchmarking and finance transformation
• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4
  
  HANA or other ERP systems
• Experience in system implementations, UAT, configuration, or support during finance system rollouts / Super User experience in systems (e.g. High Radius/ Basware /OT VIM/ Invoice Track/ Esker/Blackline/ Trintech/ Service Now)
• Ability to collect and analyze complex set of data, data visualization tools literacy
• Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of business metrics
• High affinity in dealing with MS PowerPoint and Excel, as well as interest in modern tools such as MURAL or Power BI
• Project Management experience and proven track of projects delivery
• Experience in GBS Operating Model Design, Service Management framework definition is a plus
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, further languages are a plus
• Highly motivated and willing to grow within a mentor-oriented corporate culture
• Willingness to travel
