Finance & Accounting Intern

• Process and manage incoming Procure-to-Pay (PTP) documents accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve PTP-related issues and discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support month-end closing activities and related financial processes.
• Assist with various PTP operations and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth process execution.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills (CV must be submitted in English).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a shared services environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn; collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week.

Based in our modern office in Kraków. Our Global Shared Service Center supports Electrolux operations worldwide, delivering services across Finance & Accounting, HR, IT, Reporting & Analysis, and Product Documentation.

• A 3-month paid internship within our Finance & Accounting organization.
