We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Vistra Fund Services Senior Pricing Partner, reporting to the Senior Vice President Global Pricing. This role is based in Poland and has a Global focus enabling you to make a significant impact to our Funds business and its growth.

As a Pricing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of Vistra Fund Solutions (VFS). In this highly visible position, you will design and maintain client pricing models and service fee frameworks across our global Funds business. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and senior leadership teams, you will provide valuable pricing and profitability insights that support new business opportunities, contract renewals, and strategic client decisions.

Your expertise will help ensure consistency, transparency, and sustainable profitability while supporting Vistra’s ambitious growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary pricing advisor to Sales teams for all pricing-related matters.
- Lead pricing strategy and commercial modelling for new business opportunities, RFPs, and client rebid exercises.
- Develop client quotations, revenue forecasts, and cost/profitability simulations to support negotiations and decision-making.
- Contribute compelling commercial content to client proposals and business development initiatives.
- Drive pricing governance and promote consistent pricing methodologies across clients, products, and jurisdictions.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and foster confidence in pricing tools, models, and recommendations.
- Produce insightful pricing, margin, and profitability reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for pricing optimization and continuous improvement.
- Review and assess tender documentation, ensuring commercially sound responses.
- Monitor market developments, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to support informed pricing strategies.

Essential Skills & Attributes- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and geographies.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with large datasets to generate meaningful business insights.
- Proven experience operating within a global, matrix environment and building effective relationships with remote stakeholders.
- Client-focused and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the financial and economic factors that drive business performance.
- Ability to deliver clear, compelling reports and presentations to both operational and executive audiences.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, supported by strong proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of the English (verbal and written). French or Dutch is a plus.
- Understanding of the alternative investment fund industry, including its ecosystem, stakeholders, and services.
- Experience supporting commercial decision-making through cost analysis and profitability modelling.
- Previous experience in a pricing, profitability, commercial finance, or revenue management role. Minimum of 5 years in one of the following functions:
- Pricing analyst / specialist.
- Fund administration, Cosec, Fund Depositary or Fund Management Company
- Finance, accounting or audit.
- Relationship management / Client Service management in the fund industry.
- Bachelor degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting (or related disciplines)
- Equivalent professional experience and demonstrated expertise will also be considered.
