Job Title:
Rebates Financial Analyst with German Department & Business Unit:
Finance - Order-to-Cash (OTC), EMEA Shared Services Centre
Job Purpose:
The Rebates Financial Analyst is responsible for the accounting, analysis, and settlement of rebates for the designated market, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality service delivery while acting as a key link between Finance, Accounting, and Business Unit Sales teams.
Manage rebate accounting and analysis activities for the assigned market.
Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality rebate reporting and settlements.
Support customer inquiry and dispute resolution in partnership with Commercial teams.
Drive process improvement initiatives at local and regional level.
Provide accurate and audit-ready information to internal and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesRebate Accounting & Analysis
Understand rebate contract conditions and apply them accurately.
Reconcile information from rebate-related applications.
Prepare monthly rebate reports and market analysis.
Perform quarterly top customer rebate reviews and semi-annual rebate review actions.
Settlement & Issue Resolution
Calculate, verify, and process rebate settlements and payments.
Create credit notes and monitor settlement timeliness.
Partner with Commercial teams on customer inquiries and dispute resolution.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Participate in and drive process improvement initiatives at local and regional level.
Provide accurate, timely, and audit-proof information to auditors and other stakeholders.
Competencies, Skills, ExperienceTechnical Skills & Professional Aptitudes
- Knowledge of rebate accounting and financial analysis.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Ability to analyze and reconcile financial information accurately.

Experience
- Relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Analytics.
- Experience in AP, AR, or GL is an advantage.
- Experience in rebate-related processes or financial settlements is preferred.

Fully remote (with office access in Warsaw, Poland) - Primary

Fluent English required. German required.

Salary Range: zł98 000,00 - zł
