Power Platform Architect

Power Platform Architect / SME specialized in MS Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and Power Platform to design, govern, and scale enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle—from business discovery and conversation design to integration, security, telemetry, and continuous optimization—ensuring measurable business outcomes, compliance, and excellent user experiences.

Job Description

• Design secure, scalable Copilot Studio/VA architectures integrated with Dataverse, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and enterprise APIs.
• Deliver reusable components, conversation flows, and copilots that reduce handling time, deflect tickets, and drive CSAT.
• Solution Architecture & Design:
  Lead architecture for Copilot Studio bots, define environment strategy, secure integrations, and grounding strategies.
• Conversation & Copilot Design:
  Define intents, topics, fallback strategies, tone of voice, and human handoff.
• Development & Integration:
  Build copilots using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure components; implement SSO and ALM pipelines.
• Governance, Security & Compliance:
  Define DLP, tenant governance, compliance patterns, and threat modeling.
• Observability & Continuous Improvement:
  Set up analytics, telemetry, A/B tests, and optimization strategies.
• Stakeholder Management & Enablement:
  Lead workshops, train citizen developers, and create playbooks.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years in enterprise application development/architecture; 3–5+ years with Power Platform; 2+ years hands-on with Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents.
• Expertise in Dataverse, Power Automate, Custom Connectors, Power Platform ALM, and DLP.
• Integration experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Azure Functions/APIs.
• Understanding of LLM concepts, GenAI risks, and responsible AI.
• Experience with Azure Identity, App Registrations, Key Vault, APIM, and App Insights.
