We're seeking an experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer to lead our Dev Ops function and scale infrastructure supporting 1 million+ active users. You'll own the performance, reliability, and evolution of our AWS-based infrastructure while building and mentoring a high-performing Dev Ops team. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll split time between architecture decisions, implementation work, and team development.

- ECS with Fargate for containerized workloads
- RDS for managed databases
- Auto Scaling for dynamic capacity management
- SQS, SNS, and Event Bridge for event‑driven architecture
- Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Git Hub Actions for CI/CD
- Cloud Watch for monitoring and observability (potential migration to Datadog)
- Kubernetes/EKS (planned migration)
- 5+ years of Dev Ops/Infrastructure engineering experience
- Proven experience managing infrastructure for applications with millions active users
- Expert‑level knowledge of AWS services, particularly Lambda, ECS/Fargate, RDS, SQS, SNS, and Event Bridge
- Strong proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub Actions
- Deep understanding of performance monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting at scale
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies
- Kubernetes knowledge and experience (EKS experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Experience with on‑call responsibilities and incident management
- Scripting experience with Python, Node.js, or similar languages
- Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
- Experience with Datadog or other advanced observability platforms
- Background in cost optimization strategies for high‑traffic applications
- Experience with blue/green or canary deployment strategies
- Knowledge of Git Ops practices
