We re looking to add a stellar Service Delivery Manager as we enter our next phase of growth and execute on an ambitious product roadmap.
You will be implementing Alkymi Data Inbox with our enterprise customers and be one of Alkymi’s primary points of contact. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and elicit technical requirements for integrating Data Inbox. You will work with Alkymi’s AI and LLM-based platform and solve unstructured data challenges for our customers.

Responsibilities- Be responsible for the delivery of Alkymi Data Inbox for our customers
- Elicit technical requirements effectively with enterprise customers across multi-functional teams
- Work with stakeholders across the company to become an expert in the features, benefits and application of Alkymi’s products
- Architect technical data solutions around Alkymi’s data platform and produce assets to drive the implementation process forward - Data modeling and schema design will be an integral part of this role
- Lead enterprise customers through an end-to-end deployment lifecycle including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, go-live, and day 2 planning
- Identify and resolve strategic issues and potential blockers - as well as the answers to overcoming them
- Operate with significant autonomy and self-reliance to deliver results to our customers
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Service Delivery, Customer Success, Product, Consulting, Project Management, or other customer-facing Professional Services role in software or related industries
- Knowledge of software product development, APIs, database technologies, operations platforms and data analysis tools. Startup experience is a plus - we are a small team that moves fast and is constantly encountering new challenges
- Own SLA and KPI reporting and reviewing performance regularly and orchestrating timely responses with the customer
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to communicate at all levels in a customer organization
- Experience with Machine Learning, AI, and LLM systems is a plus
- Impeccable business acumen, client service and presentation skills
