The Data team supports company data‑driven decision making. Reporting to the Head of Data, you will collaborate with business and product teams to validate hypotheses, answer complex questions, run data experiments, and provide actionable insights.

You will lead exploration of data and cross‑business variables, uncover patterns and trends, identify new data sources, and deliver insights to various departments.

• Develop and execute complex data analyses using statistical techniques and modeling to validate business hypotheses.
• Detect patterns, trends, and anomalies in data and translate them into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth.
• Serve as a key expert in data analysis, providing guidance and best practices to team members and stakeholders across the company.

• 3+ years of experience within data analytics and/or data science.
• Strong curiosity for uncovering insights from data.
• Proven experience delivering data studies focused on generating and sharing actionable data.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, including hypothesis testing and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL for extracting data directly from source systems.
• Sharp critical thinking and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with fast learning and deliveries.
• Advanced English proficiency (conversational, listening, writing).

• Experience with data cleaning and processing using Python or R.
• Hands‑on experience building machine learning models.

This is a fully remote role based in Brazil. Your work will follow Brasilia Standard Time, and you will be hired as a CLT contract employee with compensation in BRL.
