Our US-based client is the O.G. online gallery platform with 10+ years of history and tens of thousands of photographers. Under new ownership as of 2022, they’re entering a new chapter of growth and product expansion. As the Business Systems Engineer (Growth & Integrations), you’ll be the technical backbone behind the tools that keep the business running. You’ll connect the marketing site, CRM, product, and data tools so that photographers discover, activate, and actually use the features that help them earn more.

You’ll work closely with our CEO and General Manager to implement light integrations, build automations, and ship projects that drive revenue from our users and save our team time. If you love owning systems end-to-end, connecting tools with smart integrations, and using APIs and automation to simplify complex workflows, this role is for you.
Business OverviewThe company is the O.G. online gallery platform. They allow photographers to upload their photos to beautifully-designed online galleries, deliver them to clients, and sell high-quality print products through world-class labs. They’re now expanding their feature set through a deep integration, and they need a Growth Engineer to help them unlock that potential.

- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Curious and resourceful, using tools like ChatGPT to move faster
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to self-direct
- Patient, detail-oriented and quality-minded when making critical changes
Someone who is not…
- Only comfortable when given step-by-step instructions
- Uncomfortable communicating technical tradeoffs to non-technical teammates
- Easily overwhelmed by juggling multiple systems or tools
- Resistant to using AI or new tools to speed up their work
- Proficient in English: Strong written and verbal English communication, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and collaborate with English-speaking teammates.
- Software Engineering Background (5–7 years): Experience in software development or integrations roles, ideally in SaaS or product-led growth environments.
