RoleMission
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Security Specialist with experience in designing, implementing, and managing security controls at cloud scale.
This role requires close collaboration with Engineering and Development teams to integrate security measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CSA). The position involves proactively identifying risks, mitigating vulnerabilities, and establishing a strong security posture to protect our infrastructure and critical data.
TareasKey Responsibilities
- Secure Architecture & Design: Recommend security architecture improvements, development best practices, and secure design principles from the ground up.
- Threat Intelligence & Vulnerability Management: Stay up to date on emerging threats and vulnerabilities, assess their potential impact, and coordinate mitigation efforts.
- Cloud Security Tools: Experience with native tools (Cloud Trail, Security Hub, Azure Security Center, Guard Duty, etc.) and third-party solutions (Cloud Security Posture Management – CSPM).
- Controls & Monitoring: Test, strengthen, and develop new detection capabilities to ensure effective risk monitoring.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Cybersecurity Frameworks: Proven experience applying cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and translating compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS) into effective security controls in cloud environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles focused on cloud infrastructure and security.
- Proven experience in vulnerability detection and remediation within payment processing systems.
- Experience scaling complex infrastructure from scratch in secure and encrypted environments.
- Cloud Security: Expertise in securing AWS environments, identifying misconfigurations, and applying cloud infrastructure security best practices.
- Automation & Scripting: Skills in developing security tools, automating tests, and creating scripts for monitoring and incident response.
- Network Security: Deep knowledge of network security concepts, protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to effectively communicate security findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influence strategic decisions, and guide teams through remediation processes.
- Nice to Have: Previous experience in the fintech or payment processing industry.
- Experience implementing compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS

. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
