Process Engineer (Biz Agi) – EPAM Systems

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer and Backend Developer with expertise in the Biz Agi platform and a strong understanding of business process orchestration.

This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that automation and process improvement initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.

• Support the requirements gathering process by engaging with BA stakeholders across business units
• Support the Design and orchestrate workflows using Biz Agi, considering platform capabilities and limitations. A dedicated Biz Agi architect will lead the Solution Design
• Collaborate with development teams working on UiPath, Blue Prism, and custom solutions in C#/.NET
• Ensure seamless integration of Biz Agi workflows with other enterprise applications
• Document functional specifications, process maps, and integration requirements
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of automated solutions on Azure Cloud
• Act as a subject matter expert on Biz Agi, advising on best practices and platform constraints

• 2+ years of experience with Biz Agi (design, orchestration, platform limitations)
• Strong background in process engineering and automation
• Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) and .NET-based development
• Experience with Azure Cloud hosting and deployment models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

• Certification in Biz Agi or RPA platforms
• Experience in enterprise integration projects
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops )
