You Will:- Designing and implementing scalable Data & AI solutions based on AWS services
- Overseeing project execution and partial implementation
- Collaborating with clients to create solutions aligned with their needs and requirements
- Collaborating with and mentoring other team members
- Monitoring system performance and scalability, optimizing infrastructure costs in AWS
- Ensuring compliance with best practices for security and data management in AWS
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data engineering, SQL, ETL/ELT development, or related AWS data services
- General willingness to help customers while they're struggling with technical problems
- Experience in building Data & AI solutions on top of AWS cloud environment and/or Snowflake
- Experience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, Athena, S3 Tables, Step Functions, etc)
- Deep understanding of data modeling, data lake, data warehouse, data lakehouse concepts, and big data technologies
- Knowledge of Data Engineering technologies and frameworks such as (Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, dbt, Apache Iceberg, Apache Kafka, Debezium, etc)
- Deep understanding of software engineering best practices such as code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, deployment, release, and change management
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, as well as deploying models in AWS Sage Maker)
- Excellent communication skills in working with both business and technical teams
- Good verbal skills (Polish and English) and a human-friendly approach
