Department Leader for 5G Cloud Solutions

Our team is working on the latest commercial solutions for 5G. We are creating Telco Cloud Solutions, which support telco operators with cloudification initiatives based on open orchestrators and containerized platform services for E2E life‑cycle management of Cloud Native Function within RAN and Core domains.

• Lead and manage development teams working on Telco Cloud Orchestration and Platform solutions.
• Work in the R&D Team on major Telco Cloud R&D projects.
• Guide a team of developers in the area of Telco Cloud Solutions.
• Support technical leaders and architects with project roadmap, issue and risk mitigation and stakeholder communication, including HQ R&D Teams.
• Analyze results and adjust project management plan.
• Define goals and strategy for developed solutions.
• Coordinate periodic reporting with a number of stakeholders (different seniority levels).

• Master Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication, or similar.
• Agile development experience with an R&D mindset.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or programmers in IT, Software Development or other Engineering domains (Java, Kubernetes, Cloud).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality metrics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in business English (verbally and in writing).
• Prior leadership experience of Cloud‑based services/solutions.
• Product strategy and market trends sensing.
• Interest in the Telecommunication area.
