Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Vision: own the end-to-end digital strategy – from ideation to execution – ensuring every digital interaction enhances the guest experience and drives business growth
• Inspire and Empower Teams: lead world-class Product, Engineering, and Design teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and speed
• Build Amazing Experiences: oversee the creation of digital products including apps, websites, loyalty programs, and in-theater digital experiences
• Deliver Technology Excellence: champion engineering best practices, agile delivery, and scalable architectures that support seamless transactions and world-class performance

• Collaborate Across the Business:
  Partner with regional and global teams in Marketing, Operations, and Technology to bring new ideas to life and ensure digital initiatives align with business goals
• Measure What Matters: define and track key performance indicators to continuously optimize engagement, conversion, and satisfaction
• Grow and Develop Talent: build a diverse, passionate digital organization that’s as creative and bold as the stories on our screens

• A seasoned digital leader (10+ years) with experience across Product, Engineering, and Design – ideally in consumer, restaurant, retail, or entertainment sectors
• A visionary who can think big and execute fast. You blend strategy and creativity with a strong understanding of technology and the guest journey
• Experienced leading multi-country or regional digital operations, preferably within Eastern Europe
• Passionate about storytelling, innovation, and the power of digital to transform real-world experiences
• A natural leader and collaborator who inspires teams and builds strong cross-functional relationships
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Technology, Product, Business, or Design)
