Quality Assurance Specialist

We’re looking for a QA Specialist who operates at the intersection of testing, systems, and AI, with a strong focus on using Claude and agent-based workflows to scale quality across projects.

Dreamers of Day is a digital product and data agency focused primarily on enterprise Word Press. We design, build, and manage large-scale websites that power marketing, content, and customer experience.

You will ensure everything we ship meets a high bar for performance, accessibility, and reliability. At the same time, you will rethink QA by leveraging AI to automate audits, generate reports, and monitor site health across environments.

This is not a traditional QA role. You will move beyond manual testing and help build systems that prevent issues before they reach production.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and PMs to validate implementations, identify gaps, and continuously improve delivery quality.

• Use Claude and AI workflows to generate test cases and automate audits
• Identify and track bugs, performance issues, and accessibility gaps
• Validate Word Press implementations, including content, templates, and plugins
• Ensure SEO basics (metadata, structure) and accessibility standards are met
• Maintain and improve QA systems, including monitoring and reporting
• Collaborate with developers and designers to resolve issues quickly
• Create and evolve QA workflows, documentation, and reusable systems

• Strong understanding of Word Press (themes, plugins, CMS structure)
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO fundamentals
• Ability to read and validate designs from Figma
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Comfortable working across multiple projects

• Knowledge of Word Press performance and security best practices
• Familiarity with Google Search Console or analytics tools

You will help define how QA works in an AI-driven environment. The focus is not just on testing, but on building scalable systems that ensure quality across everything we deliver.
