IT Project Manager, Cloud Computing: Infrastructure & Operations
Location: Town of Poland
We are looking for a Dev Ops Tech Lead/Manager to spearhead our cloud and Dev Ops strategy. This role blends strong technical leadership with exceptional communication skills. You will lead a team of seven Dev Ops engineers working across security, API management, infrastructure, and platform operations.
In this position, you will guide a cross‑functional team, strengthen collaboration between engineering and business stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high‑quality solutions. We’re seeking someone who not only executes effectively but can also clearly articulate outcomes, communicate challenges, and inspire confidence across the organization.
The focus of this role is effective communication, team leadership, and process optimization — while maintaining a strong technical presence and stepping in hands‑on when needed.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of seven Dev Ops engineers, fostering best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud native development
- Serve as the primary liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and consistent communication
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops to drive automation and reliable software delivery
- Guide adoption and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates to support scalable, repeatable environments
- Ensure secure, compliant, and resilient deployment of cloud‑native services
- Oversee monitoring, observability, and incident response processes using Application Insights and Log Analytics, enabling proactive detection and resolution
- Support the integration of AI‑powered capabilities into Dev Ops processes and platform workflows
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and structured post‑incident learning
- 5+ years of proven experience leading Dev Ops teams or projects, with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep expertise in Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipeline design, and infrastructure automation (Bicep, Terraform, ARM)
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Functions, API Management, AKS/Container Apps, API Gateway, Web Apps, and WAF
- Proficiency in monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management using Application Insights and Log Analytics
- Background in .NET development, including API and cloud integration
- Demonstrated ability to ensure production readiness, lead incident response, and conduct post‑incident reviews
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes operations and container orchestration
- Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops practices and AI‑powered automation or search solutions
