Location: Town of Poland
For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Microsoft 365 Specialist/ SharePoint Administrator (M/K).
About the roleYou will join a team focused on Microsoft 365 solutions, supporting and maintaining existing environments on an international level. The role combines day-to-day administration with continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
Your responsibilities- Managing Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, One Drive for Business, M365 Groups, and Power Platform
- Improving processes through automation and basic scripting to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work
- Handling permissions in SharePoint and One Drive – including users, groups, and site collections
- Supporting and maintaining Power Platform solutions in line with defined standards
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- At least 2 years of practical experience with SharePoint Online, One Drive for Business, and other M365 services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
