Vertex Agility is Hiring: Senior QA Tester III | Remote (Permanent)
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Tester III to join a fast-paced product and engineering environment focused on delivering high-quality SaaS/platform solutions.
This role involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data teams to drive product quality, support release decisions, and improve overall user experience.
• Develop and execute test strategies, regression, functional, integration, and system testing
• Manage defect lifecycle including triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution
• Perform root cause analysis and identify quality gaps
• Support incident management and issue resolution
• Improve automation coverage and QA best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• 6–9+ years of QA/testing experience
• Strong expertise in end-to-end QA processes
• SaaS or enterprise platform experience
• API/backend testing understanding
• Automation exposure with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
