Global IT Service Manager - ITIL, SLA & Incident Leader

• Ensure effective IT service delivery and operational improvements.

  • Monitor service levels against SLA and KPI targets.

  • Coordinate Incident, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Incident Handling
  • Manage incidents and minimize business service disruptions.
• Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate activities between IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Compliance Support
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Support service stability and problem resolution improvements.
• Work with external vendors and support partners.

• IT Service Experience
  • 5+ years experience in IT Service Management roles.
• ITIL Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of core ITIL service management processes.
• ITSM Tools
  • Hands-on experience with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms.
• Experience managing incidents and enterprise service requests.
• International Environment
  • Ability to work in fast-paced global organizations.
• SAP Knowledge
  • Familiarity with SAP environments and SAP S/4
    
    HANA systems.
• Communication Skills
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Problem Solving
  • Ability to manage operational issues and service improvements.
