Role OverviewResponsible for engaging with prospective customers to understand their cybersecurity needs, crafting tailored solutions, and presenting product demonstrations to showcase how the Trellix offerings address those needs. Collaborates closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and channel partners in Poland and the broader Eastern European region, helping them understand and address their cybersecurity and data protection challenges.
- Recommend appropriate Trellix solutions tailored to specific needs and environments.
- Lead technical discussions, live demonstrations, and product presentations, clearly articulating the value proposition of Trellix solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Partner closely with sales teams to develop tailored proposals, conduct technical workshops, and lead proof‑of‑concept (PoC) projects that directly address customer‑specific use cases.
- Actively support and train local partners, equipping them with the necessary technical knowledge to independently position and demonstrate Trellix solutions in the Polish market.
- Perform detailed assessments of clients’ existing security infrastructures, identifying vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations aligned with the Trellix portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders in client and partner organizations; develop internal champions who advocate for Trellix solutions within IT and security teams.
- Represent Trellix at industry and partner events, engage in public speaking as required, and contribute to thought leadership through webinars, panels, or industry forums.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging cyber threats to continually refine Trellix solutions and ensure that offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a pre‑sales engineering or technical consulting role within the cybersecurity or IT security field, ideally at a security vendor, system integrator, or value‑added distributor.
- Strong understanding of core cybersecurity concepts: EDR, XDR, network security, incident response, threat intelligence, and DLP.
- Hands‑on experience with at least two or more security technologies such as EDR, XDR, NDR, or DLP; comfortable conducting PoCs/POVs and supporting technical implementations.
- Familiarity with key regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the EU and Eastern Europe (GDPR, NIS2, Polish National Cybersecurity System Act).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to distill complex technical concepts into clear, impactful messages for both technical and business audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully influencing technical sales processes, helping secure deals by addressing technical challenges and aligning solutions to customer needs.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor‑specific certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience with enterprise security technologies and knowledge of cybersecurity trends (cloud security, OT security) is beneficial.
- Multilingual proficiency: fluent in Polish and English; additional Eastern European languages are an advantage.
Based in Poland. Willingness to travel extensively across the Eastern European region is required.
