Job Summary
As a Technical Program Manager you will lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of secure cloud solutions used by enterprises worldwide. In this role you’ll orchestrate cross‑functional teams, influence technology decisions, and deliver end‑to‑end innovative products that protect critical data and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale cloud security initiatives, from concept through release, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
- Drive quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, aligning engineering, product, and business priorities across global teams.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Security, and Operations teams across global locations to align priorities and dependencies.
- Define program roadmaps, success metrics, and execution strategies that support organizational goals and customer needs.
- Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and provide transparent status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution of critical issues to maintain program health.
- Champion Agile with best practices, continuous improvement, and scalable processes for distributed teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program communication, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels.
- Work overlapping hours with US and EMEA teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within engineering teams.
- 5+ years of technical program management experience in software development, preferably in cloud security or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), security principles, and software development lifecycle.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and modern program management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present executive leadership.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are preferred.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Education:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
