Own technical direction and architecture for cloud‑native solutions. Lead teams delivering scalable services on AWS with strong .NET engineering practices, CI/CD, and observability.

• Define solution architecture and guide implementation across squads; mentor engineers and uphold engineering best practices.
• Own AWS cloud strategy and ensure platform services are designed for reliability, scalability and security.
• Drive CI/CD and deployment approaches using Azure Dev Ops pipelines, Docker and Git.
• Ensure monitoring/logging standards (Cloud Watch, Elastic Search/Open Search + Kibana, Cloud Trail, X‑Ray) and incident troubleshooting are in place.
• Work closely with stakeholders; communicate effectively to technical and non‑technical audiences.

• At least 5 years of C# / .NET Core, REST APIs, strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Strong AWS services experience (e.g., API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, Aurora RDS, Dynamo
  
  DB, SQS/SNS, IAM, Route 53, EC2, Kinesis, Secrets/SSM).
• CI/CD:
  Azure Dev Ops pipelines; containerisation with Docker;
  Git/source control.
• Excellent communication, ability to lead and prioritise, and to escalates key issues.
• Experience in financial domain.

• Mobile technical leadership (MAUI / React Native)
• Experience with credit financial products is a plus
