Senior Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Data Consultant (Insurance Domain)
Start Date: Beginning of July
Team: Business Team
OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Data Consultant to join our Business team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and BI initiatives, hands-on Tableau expertise, and experience partnering closely with business stakeholders within the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Design, develop, and optimise Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions
- Support data, BI, reporting, and data platform projects, including migration and transformation initiatives
- Drive reporting logic improvements and ensure alignment with business needs
- Contribute to data governance practices, including:
- Data ownership frameworks
- Data management standards and processes
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions
- Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Strong experience as a:
Senior Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Data Consultant - Proven hands-on experience with Tableau, including:
- Reporting logic
- Supporting business users
- Previous involvement in migration or transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior decision-makers
- Prior experience within the insurance domain is required
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable bridging business and technical teams
