Senior Robotics AI & Simulation Engineer

About The Role

In this role, you will design and develop advanced AI-driven robotics solutions across industries such as healthcare, retail, automotive, and enterprise, working both remotely and onsite with global clients. You will contribute to building innovative systems and prototypes, leveraging cutting-edge AI approaches to improve automation, precision, and scalability in complex robotic environments.

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions for diverse robotic systems in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to accelerate innovation delivery
• Build and deploy advanced AI models with research teams to improve performance and enable real-world robotic intelligence applications
• Develop and implement robotic AI architectures with stakeholders to increase production efficiency and operational precision across industries
• Create rapid prototypes and production-ready systems for robotics and AI solutions
• Test and validate robotics applications in both simulated and real-world environments
• Build synthetic data generation and reinforcement learning pipelines to address real-world challenges
• Integrate robotic systems with cloud services to enable scalable and connected architectures
• Conduct ongoing research on emerging robotics AI trends and apply modern techniques to solution development

• Advanced experience with C/C++ and Python programming, with at least 6 years in software development
• Strong knowledge of AI-based robotics perception, computer vision, and Agentic systems
• Advanced experience with robotics simulation, synthetic data generation, and reinforcement learning approaches
• Strong knowledge of frameworks and tools such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, OpenCV, ROS/ROS2, and simulation platforms
• Proven ability to design software architectures and implement efficient, complex algorithms
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, communication protocols, and cloud integration for robotics systems
• Proven ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams and communicate clearly across stakeholders
