ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Helpdesk Technican, in Technical Support team, your role will be delivering high-quality customer service and efficiently resolving basic technical issues.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Level 1 IT support in Italian/Spanish via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Handle user inquiries related to web tools and platforms
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and effective customer service
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in German or Italian or Spanish (spoken and written) and English – required
  • Previous experience in Helpdesk, IT support, or customer service
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
